The letter is not franked correctly with 20 + 3 x 30 øre= 110 øre, The rate for international letter in 6 wight class ( 100-120g) was in the period from November 1st 1933 to June 30th 1940 30 øre + 20 øre for each 20g which gives 20 + 5 x 15 øre = 105 øre, so the letter is over franked with 5 øre. The stamp is cancelled September 6th 1938 with TMS Nr. 65.2 København OMK.
