Domestic COD parcel with perfin “VVV” in the stamps. The letter is franked correctly with 2 x 1 kr + 30 + 15 + 10 øre = 255 øre, See table below. The stamps are cancelled February 24th 1954 with Postbanegaarden Nr.2, København Postbanegården Bro IId. This parcel letter is the only known send by domestic airmail in this the period from February 24th to 26th 1954, the reason for this very short period was that two icebreaker ships was collided in Storebælt and it wasn’t possible to send the parcels by ship.
